- Building - Technical storage, address Pienių st. 8, Pabradė, Švenčionių d. mun., Lithuania, total area - 1 102,23 sq. m, unique No. 8696-9009-7010, purpose: warehouse, plan designation: 1F1p, year of construction: 1969, completion: 100%.
Value of the mortgaged property: 120 600 EUR.
Additional security:
- Guarantee (promissory note) of the company (borrower);
- Surety of the shareholder and director Tomas Mazgelis.
Description of the collateral
The collateral consists of two assets: a land plot and a building - a technical storage facility. The mortgaged property is located in Švenčionių district municipality, Pabradė, Pienių st. 8.
The territory of Švenčionių district municipality is situated on the north-eastern border of Lithuania with Belarus. It is bordered to the north by the neighbouring Ignalina and Utena districts, to the west by Molėtai and to the south-west by Vilnius. The area of the district is 1692 square kilometres. Major towns: Švenčionys, Švenčionėliai, Pabradė. There are 11 starosties in the district. The administrative centre is Švenčionys, about 86 km from Vilnius. The mortgaged property is located in the town of Pabradė. Pabradė is a town in the municipality of Švenčionys District, 38 km south-west of Švenčionys. The mortgaged property is located in the area between Vilniaus Street and Žeimena River. The site is surrounded by similar warehouse buildings, a supermarket and a petrol station on Vilniaus Street.
The mortgaged property can be reached via road 102 (Vilnius-Svenčionys-Zarasai), from which it is possible to turn into the Pienių street, which is the secondary road to the mortgaged property. The access roads are asphalted up to Pienių Street and are suitable for heavy vehicles. Part of Dairy Street is surfaced with earth. There is an unpaved parking area on the site in front of the building. Distance to the surrounding towns: Vilnius - 47 km, Švenčionys - 38 km, Molėtai - 43 km.

- Poor visibility of the property.
- Unpaved section of the street.
