Description of the pledged property
The pledged immovable property is located at the address of the Prienai District, Stakliškės Municipality, Vyšniūnų Village, Liepų st. 3. Administratively, the property falls within the territory of the Prienai District Municipality, located in the southern part of the Republic of Lithuania. The municipality is bordered by the municipalities of Kaunas, Kaišiadorys, Trakai, Alytus districts, Birštonas, Marijampolė and Kazlų Rūda, and important national and international transport corridors, including the Via Baltica highway, pass through the municipality. The environment is dominated by single-family dwellings and farmhouses, isolated outbuildings, well-kept plots of land with green areas. The urban structure is low-rise, low-intensity and free from visual pollution, typical of rural settlements.
The geographical location of the mortgaged property is relatively favourable at regional level. The distance to the town of Stakliškės is about 7 km, to the town of Prienai - about 30 km, to the town of Kaunas - about 60 km.
